Marshpotato is my 3-year-old's name for one of his favorite treats, a marshmallow. He created this name on a family camping trip. It sounds like a catchy name for our blog and hence the birth of Marshpotato. Over time marshpotato will grow to be a record of our family adventures big or small . . . and even from time to time a little sweet just like a marshpotato.
